PRN Minimum Requirements: Current Illinois RN license required. Duties will include providing clinical nursing services as appropriate for the Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Program; coordinating quality clinical documentation by the treatment team; evaluate and monitor patient’s medical stability and coordinate communication between the unit, medical director, primary care physician, and other clinical services.
