The Edgar County Public Health Department will provide blood pressure, blood sugar, and Lipid panel/total cholesterol screenings (HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides) at the Paris Community YMCA as part of the I Can! program.

The screenings are available to everyone; however, those interested in the I Can! program are especially encouraged to sign up. Results of the screenings may be used to qualify people for the program. Appointments are required.
 
For accurate test results, people are asked to fast eight hours prior to the screening. Total cholesterol checks, or lipid panel screens, which are offered with blood pressure checks, will include HDL, LDL, and triglycerides.
