In order to comply with the requirements of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, the Hospital and Medical Foundation of Paris (HMFP) has prepared an Addendum to incorporate the new provisions that must be added to the current Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between your company (Client) and HMFP.
Paris Community Hospital is licensed as a Critical Access Hospital for 25 beds and is accredited by The Joint Commission. Additionally, the Family Medical Center offers three locations in Paris, Chrisman and Kansas IL to complete the family of PCH/FMC.
